What to Expect
If you’ve never done a video session before, it might feel a little techy or formal at first, but I promise that feeling fades quickly. We’ll use a secure, easy-to-use link that keeps our conversation private and protected. Once we’re settled in, it feels much like sitting across from each other in a cozy living room. We’ll take things at your pace, focusing on what’s weighing on you and working through those relationship hurdles in a way that feels natural and unhurried.

one another and I’ll listen to your story.
